If you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, struggling to feel connected to those around you, anxious, stressed, numb I can help. 

Are you a ‘high-functioning’ adult who to the outside world you would never know what you are feeling internally and carrying privately - on edge, exhausted, disconnected, numb and struggling to feel safe in your world?

 

Have you experienced traumatic and adverse experiences such as: Childhood or relational trauma; PTSD/ complex trauma; Assault; Medical trauma; Birth trauma; Road traffic collision; Complex grief/ bereavement; Occupational trauma (police, paramedics etc.) or Natural disaster?

 Because of these traumatic and adverse experiences have you tried coping on your own but the armour and strategies that once kept you safe don’t work in the same way anymore? Yet the prospect of sharing and opening up feels risky?

 

I understand that having a sense of independence is important.

Through therapy with me I can help you feel independent and supported whilst healing the sense of threat you carry. 


I offer CBT therapy, EMDR Therapy, EMDR Intensives and CFT. These are highly effective therapies that can support your healing, promote emotional safety, and self-compassion.

CBT Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps you understand the link between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. It is a structured approach that provides practical tools for developing alternative thinking patterns and behaviour. This is an empowering, experiential approach that equips you with useful strategies to navigate your day to day.  

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy aims to reduce the vividness and intensity of traumatic experiences and reduce the associated disturbance you may be experiencing through bilateral stimulation (BLS). Time is spent resourcing and building relational security before processing. 

EMDR Intensive

EMDR Intensives follow the same reliable principles of EMDR Therapy. EMDR Intensives however are a condensed and fast form of therapy. ​​Session times are longer and spread over a shorter period of time.

Ideal for those with busy diaries or who prefer the intensive approach to therapy.
