£1250 for EMDR Intensive Therapy
You may be someone who has learned to function under sustained pressure, responsibility comes easy; asking for help does not. Over time, this can leave your nervous system exhausted, vigilant and stuck in survival mode.
Therapy here offers a space where you don't have to choose between being capable and supported.
I offer trauma informed CBT, EMDR, and EMDR Intensives for adults experiencing trauma, anxiety & chronic stress.
I would be honoured to be alongside you.

WHO I WORK WITH
Many of the people I work with are highly capable, dependable and used to managing a great deal. They often reach out not because everything has collapsed, but because something has become unsustainable.
You might notice:
Ongoing anxiety or hypervigilance
Disrupted sleep
Exhaustion or burnout
Digestive issues, chronic pain or stress related flare ups
A sense of always needing to stay in control
These patterns often developed early as ways of coping and once served an important purpose. Over time, they can leave little room for rest, safety or support.
TRAUMA INFORMED THERAPY FOR ADULTS WITH ANXIETY, TRAUMA & CHRONIC STRESS
I support adults, often women who have spent much of their lives holding themselves together, meeting expectations, and staying in control. Many learned from an early age self-reliant, emotionally contained, or responsible beyond their years.
Therapy offers a place to understand these pattern with compassion and begin to gently shift them.
HOW I WORK
My work is trauma informed and grounded in evidence based approached, including CBT, EMDR and EMDR Intensives. Therapy is collaborative and carefully paced.
Together we explore how past experiences continue to shape your nervous system, emotional responses, and physical wellbeing, and support your system in gradually moving out of survival mode.
I am guided by values of transparency, consistency, and adaptability. Therapy is not about fixing yourself or pushing harder but about creating enough steadiness and safety for meaningful change.
THERAPY APPROACHES
How CBT Therapy, EMDR Therapy & EMDR Intensives can Help You
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you understand how patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour developed under long term pressure. It supports you to respond different to anxiety, stress and self criticism with more flexibility and choice.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitisation and Reprocessing) helps process experiences that continue to affect your emotionally and physically. It supports the nervous system to move out of survival responses such as hypervigilance, shutdown or reactivity.
EMDR Intensives
EMDR Intensives offer focused trauma processing over a shorter period of time, with extended sessions carefully planned around your capacity and needs.
CFT Therapy
CFT (Compassion Focussed Therapy) is often weaved through the therapy. It helps understand how self-criticism developed as a survival state, reduce shame and build a supportive inner relationship. For many people, compassion is not natural or easy, CFT works gently and respectfully with that difficulty.
How These Approaches Work Together
Used together, these approaches allow therapy to be:
Structured and practical (CBT)
Deeply trauma-informed and body-based (EMDR)
Kind, stabilising, and supportive (CFT)
