The length of therapy depends on a number of factors and differs person to person. I will move at your pace. Some people I work with are seeking a longer term support. Others have a budget and set number of sessions in mind, in these instances we will do as much as we can with the time available. I tend to offer a minimum of 20 appointments.
Whether the therapy is online or in person this won't affect the therapy. I offer both to suit your preference.
