Experienced & Accredited Psychotherapist & Supervisor
I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and CBT Supervision.
I support adults with Depression and Anxiety and have a special interest in PTSD & Trauma. I have over 14 years experience in the NHS and private practice. Alongside the therapeutic work I deliver I aIso supervise CBT therapists.I have over 9 years supervision experience in the NHS, private practice and as a CBT Clinical Supervisor for the University of Reading.
TRAINING
Passionate about nurturing mental health, I deliver quality CBT and EMDR psychotherapy, continually seeking feedback and learning in order to continue to grow and evolve. I attend regular CPD in addition to my core training detailed below to provide you with the most up-to-date therapy.

EXPERIENCE
I have over 14 years experience working therapeutically and over 9 years experience of delivering supervision. This has included working on forensic, medium secure, mental health wards, Talking Therapies and private practice. Prior to completing my undergrad in Psychology I lived in France working as an Au Pair. Upon completion of my undergrad I volunteered with Mind and worked full time on medium secure, forensic wards. I trained as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in 2014 delivering low intensity CBT interventions. I worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Lead before undertaking my training as a CBT Psychotherapist in 2019. I opened my private practice in 2022 and left the NHS in 2024 to focus solely on my private practice. In addition to the therapeutic work I deliver I supervise on the CBT Post Graduate Diploma at the University of Reading.
